Breeze Easy Ltd offers a comprehensive architectural design service tailored to meet the differing needs of home owners (Eco-Retrofit), self builders, and small to medium sized developers.  At our core are our sustainable credentials, using the proven methodologies we have developed to maximize the sustainability of any design while balancing the need to maintain a commercial return.

Our design services are aligned to the RIBA plan of work schedule and structured to meet specific project requirements.  From feasibility studies, through to gaining planning permission, producing detailed production drawings, and overseeing the building stage until completion.

Design Services (RIBA)

• Home Owners (Eco-Retrofit) - we have developed a methodology based on the Code of sustainable homes and SAP calculations to carryout Eco-Retrofit studies on existing properties and advise on the relevant changes that can be made to improve the sustainability of the home.  From minor improvements, to complete redesigns, including the addition of Eco-extensions, and incorporating micro-generation systems.
   
• Self Builders - we have gained extensive experience over a number of years working with self-builders, and can provide initial input on plot feasibility through to gaining detailed planning and even supplying quality offsite engineered homes to site working with our German partners.
   
• Developers – over the years we have gained extensive experience working with small to medium sized developers, and understand the commercial need to drive a good return from a difficult site.  This with our detailed knowledge of planning matters underpinned by expertise in both SAP and Code for Sustainable Homes (CSH) assessment, offers the ability to help maximise the return from any sustainable development (Code 4 and above).
